Modern Contractors.
Old-School Builders.

Salacia Construction is a hands-on commercial builder serving owners across the southeast.

We dont just manage work - we build it.

When others manage, we build.

In today's construction industry, many “contractors” are really construction managers. At Salacia Construction, we still put tools to work.

Our leadership team brings big-project experience, but we choose to stay close to the field. With in-house farbrication and self-perform crews, we maintain direct control over safety, quality, budget and schedule - reducing risk and delivering projects with fewer surprises.

Craftsmanship

Our crews are builders first. From foundations to structural systems, we self-perform the work that defines long-term performance — not just appearance.

Field-First Management

Our Superintendents are jobsite-present and accountable. Old-school construction discipline is reinforced with modern tools to protect safety, quality, and schedule.

Owners’ Perspective

As both developers and builders, we understand projects from the owner’s side of the table. We track every detail, communicate clearly, and execute with precision on site — where it matters most.

Why Owners choose Salacia

Construction

Great projects are built, not managed. Salacia Construction takes direct responsibility for execution — aligning planning, field leadership, and self-perform work to deliver quality, cost certainty, and schedule reliability.

Fabrication

Our in-house rebar and miscellaneous steel fabrication gives Salacia Construction direct control over structural steel scopes — improving schedule reliability, quality, and jobsite safety.

Trades

Our self-perform trade crews deliver site-work, concrete, masonry, steel, and PEMB scopes with precision and accountability — reducing dependency on third parties and protecting project outcomes.
